This website is now fully located on the server where the photos have been housed for years. The old website will be removed within the year.  I will be undertaking a refresh of old photo pages as time moves on to adapt to newer utilities and capabilities when I cannot be on the golf course or otherwise busy.

There have been no new submissions in many, many months!  I try to keep things updated as I receive them.  Many things appear to be put on the Facebook site but I do not use that anymore. I only place things on this website from the original submitters with their permission to put items on this website.

Received an email from Retired US Marine Corp MSgt. Ed Gosselin, (in 2007 he provided this site with comparison photos of Korat RTAFB he took while on duty during Exercise Cobra Gold 2007. Link to his photos here. )

I just stumbled across a movie on YouTube that was posted by Periscope Film. The movie is entitled "There Was A Way" and it features an F-105 squadron stationed at Korat. I immediately thought of you and your "Vietnam War Years of Korat Royal Thai Air Base" website and thought I would share it with you that you might also share it with visitors to your site. Heck, some of the people who appeared in the movie may be among the visitors to your site.

The YouTube address is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vkh2jy5z9iQ&t=18s.

Thank you Ed for the info and I hope you out there get a chance to watch a little of our history!

Welcome to 2024!

Nothing new to report so far.  Though this site still gets many visits, no new material has been received for a long time, nor do I expect to receive much new in the future as we are all aging up and memories are slowly diminishing!  Just a fact of life and a major complaint.

I wish you all the best in 2024!
